ÂÜÀò¸£ÀûÊÓƵSeminary is the only seminary in Kentucky with a Mental Health Counseling degree for professional licensure.

If you want to study your Christian faith while learning historical and contemporary counseling theories, ÂÜÀò¸£ÀûÊÓƵSeminary is for you. All of our counseling degrees equip you to facilitate healing and growth while meeting professional standards. In addition to many core counseling subjects, your curriculum includes the biblical and theological foundations of your faith and an advanced understanding of cross-cultural counseling.

Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Counseling

The Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Counseling is where a Christian foundation for relationships meets marriage and family counseling theory. Meeting licensure requirements for many states, the MAMF trains you to specialize in couples, marriage, and family counseling. Master individual and systemic counseling skills that integrate a biblically grounded understanding of God and persons.

Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling

The Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling integrates the theory and practice of professional counseling with a Christian worldview while preparing you for state professional counselor licensure and national counseling accrediting organizations. The MAMH equips you to integrate biblical and theological understanding with historical and contemporary counseling theories and practices.

Master of Arts in Pastoral Counseling

The Master of Arts in Pastoral Counseling prepares you for pastoral care and counseling in the local church and other ministry settings, such as chaplaincy. Meeting the requirements for recognition by the American Association of Pastoral Counselors, the MAPC trains you to integrate theological tenets with psychological knowledge and skills for multicultural and diverse settings.

Master of Arts in Pastoral and Spiritual Care

The Master of Arts in Pastoral and Spiritual Care provides formal training in a user-friendly, distance learning format designed to accommodate the busy lives of people interested in supporting the emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being of those managing difficult situations, transitions, stress, grief, and loss.  The MAPSC equips lay counselors, individuals working in the mission field, and those serving in congregational care ministries with theological and biblical foundations integrated with basic counseling skills to bring comfort and compassion to the people they serve.
